All-purpose flour
2 C
Whole-wheat flour
2 C
Powdered milk
1/2 C
Granulated sugar
3 Tbsp
Baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp
Baking soda
2 tsp
Salt
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
